Matjaž Titan

With 20 years of experience in the field of corporate and commercial law, securities law and financial markets, Matjaž is one of the most experienced "blacksmiths" of law. He advises important institutions and other stakeholders of the financial market and co-designs legal rules in the Slovenian and European framework. With a natural drive for balance and risk management, he achieves the long-term sustainability of the solutions he advocates. He is involved in many prominent domestic and international bodies and working bodies, among others he is a sponsor of the Slovenian capital market within the working group for the standardization of corporate actions at the European Central Bank (AMI-SeCo CEG). 

Matjaž is known for his persistence and dedication, as well as for creating transparent and reasoned solutions, even in situations that otherwise do not offer an easy way out. He believes that the answers to complex questions are generally simple, thereby achieving comprehensible criteria by which customers can independently measure satisfaction with the quality of services received.

At the same time, Matjaž is registered as a professional lobbyist in the register of lobbyists, which is maintained by the Commission for the Prevention of Corruption.
